• Cancellation & Funds Policy: If your membership is canceled or suspended, any remaining banked funds on your profile are **strictly non-refundable** but can still be spent at standard, full a la carte retail pricing. Upon cancellation, all member-exclusive discounts and preferred toxin rates are immediately forfeited.
• Scope Exclusions: A la carte device and microneedling benefits apply strictly to facial and body skin rejuvenation treatments; cosmetic treatments for scalp hair loss, multi-session packages, and PRP or Exosome upgrades are strictly excluded. Program Essentials & FAQ
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Yes. All of our Beauty Bank and Service Club options carry an initial 3-month minimum commitment. After 3 months, your membership seamlessly shifts to a convenient month-to-month plan.
Can I transfer my treatments or account balance to a friend?
No. All memberships, monthly service club vouchers, preferred toxin rates, and retail discounts are strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the primary account owner. Accumulated Beauty Bank cash balances may be used to buy services for guests or gift cards, but the service itself will be billed at full, standard a la carte retail pricing.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel or pause your program at any time after the initial 3-month commitment by utilizing the single-click cancellation setting directly inside your Client Portal App or web account. You may also request to cancel via email. If there are any questions or concerns, please fee free to contact us via email or phone.
Do the monthly Service Club treatments roll over?
No. The Glow Club and Luxe Club monthly treatments do not stack, roll over, or transfer to subsequent months.
Do the Beauty Bank monthly deposits roll over?
Yes! The monthly deposits are your money - they can accumulate and may be used whenever!
Can I stack my membership rewards with clinical sales?
No. Your membership discounts apply exclusively to individual, standard a la carte items and cannot be combined with packages, flash sales, external promotional vouchers, or any other clinic-wide offers.
